You do not have to open your dashboard every day to stay on top of your audience. The Crowd Intelligence email digest brings the highlights to your inbox: a short recap of what moved, so you notice the shifts that matter without logging in.

The Audience digest card on the Crowd Intelligence dashboard, with an email field and a Subscribe button, offering a weekly recap you can unsubscribe from in one click.

What's in the digest

Each digest is a quick, scannable summary of your dashboard for the period, focused on change rather than raw numbers. It highlights things like:

  • The trending topics gaining the most ground.

  • Notable swings in sentiment across your niche.

  • New or rising competitor mentions in your tracked subreddits.

It is built to be low noise: the biggest shifts, and nothing you have to dig for.

Subscribe from your dashboard

The fastest way to start is the Audience digest card on your dashboard. Enter your email address, click Subscribe, and your first digest arrives on the next send. Every digest has a one-click unsubscribe link, so there is no risk in trying it.

Manage it in Settings

For more control, open Settings and find the Email digest panel. There you can:

  • Enable or disable the digest with a single toggle.

  • Choose the frequency, either a daily send or a weekly recap.

  • Send yourself a test digest, so you can see exactly what will land in your inbox before committing to a schedule.

Any change takes effect on the next scheduled send.

Changing frequency or unsubscribing

You can change how often the digest arrives at any time from the Email digest panel in Settings. To stop receiving it entirely, switch the toggle off in Settings, or use the one-click unsubscribe link at the bottom of any digest email.

Where to go next

The digest is a prompt, not a replacement for the dashboard. When something in a digest catches your eye, open your dashboard to dig into it. For a refresher on reading what you find, see Understanding your dashboard metrics and Best Practices for Using the Crowd Intelligence Dashboard.

The email digest is available on the Standard and Premium plans. See Crowd Intelligence: Plans for details.
