Crowd Intelligence's Sub-processors

To help Crowd Intelligence deliver the Subscription Service, we engage Sub-Processors to assist with our data processing activities. The following table lists our current Sub-Processors and the purpose for engaging them:

Sub-processor Change Notice & Objection Process
15-Day Advance Notice: Crowd Intelligence will provide at least fifteen (15) calendar days' advance written notice before engaging any new Sub-processor or making material changes to existing Sub-processor arrangements that may affect the processing of Company Personal Data.
Notification Method: Notice will be provided via:
• Email to the primary account holder's registered email address
• Updates to this Sub-processors page with change-log timestamps
Objection Rights: If you object to the engagement of a new Sub-processor or changes to existing arrangements, you may:
• Submit a written objection to feco@crowdintelligence.io within 15 calendar days of receiving notice
• Specify the grounds for your objection (e.g., data security concerns, jurisdictional issues, compliance conflicts)
• Request alternative arrangements where technically feasible
Objection Resolution: Upon receiving a valid objection, Crowd Intelligence will:
• Acknowledge receipt within 3 business days
• Work in good faith to address legitimate concerns or provide alternative solutions
• If no mutually acceptable resolution can be reached within 15 days, either party may terminate the affected service(s) with 15 days' written notice without penalty
Emergency Sub-processors: In exceptional circumstances requiring immediate Sub-processor engagement for security, legal compliance, or service continuity, Crowd Intelligence may engage Sub-processors with shorter notice periods but will provide notification as soon as reasonably practicable and retroactively follow the standard objection process.
This process complies with Section 5 of our DPA and Clause 9 of the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, ensuring your rights as a data controller are protected while enabling us to maintain and improve our services.
