Understanding Your Limits
What does the threads/comments limit mean?
It's the total number of Reddit posts and comments collected monthly from your tracked subreddits. Once you reach your monthly limit, data collection pauses until the next billing cycle begins.
What are tracked subreddits?
The maximum number of Reddit communities you can monitor simultaneously. Choose subreddits where your target audience is most active.
What is data retention?
How long your collected data remains accessible in your dashboard (180-720 days depending on plan). Longer retention enables trend analysis and historical comparisons. After the retention period, the data is deleted from our database.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Upgrades: Take effect immediately with prorated billing
Downgrades: Take effect at the start of your next billing cycle

You maintain full access until your current billing period ends

Do unused credits roll over?
No. Your monthly threads/comments allowance resets each billing cycle and unused capacity doesn't roll over, so choose a plan that matches your typical monthly usage.
